Keto Desserts Review

Keto Desserts is a delicious online program designed to help people perfect the talent of baking up delicious desserts, so they can enjoy their favourite treats without the harmful ingredients. It’s a common misconception that fructose is a healthier type of sugar. However, studies show that increased fructose intake can lead to high cholesterol, fat accumulation around the organs, increased risk of developing gout, high blood pressure, and even heart disease. What’s even more shocking is that 10% of Americans’ daily calories come from fructose. But that doesn’t mean you have to eliminate all of your favourite desserts just to keep your health and weight on track. Keto Desserts is a comprehensive guide that shows you how to bake the desserts you love. All of the recipes are easy to make, use affordable ingredients and eliminate the use of fructose and other harmful ingredients commonly found in dessert recipes. This means you can still enjoy those cakes, cupcakes, ice creams, pies, and cookies. And they’re keto-friendly!

What is Keto Desserts?

By now, we all know that sugar is the root of all evil. It’s linked to weight gain, illnesses, diseases and all types of health conditions. So naturally, the first thing people cut out when trying to lose weight or improve their health is glucose and sucrose. After all, it’s said that these are the worst types of sugars and that fructose is the healthier option. However, studies beg to differ. Although lower on the Glycemic Index, fructose can make you gain more weight than if you were to just indulge in the traditional treats you’re trying to avoid. That doesn’t mean the traditional desserts are good either. The good news is that there is an option that allows you to eat the treats you love.

Keto Desserts is an online program that teaches you how to enjoy the desserts you crave, without sacrificing your weight loss goals or health. It’s a comprehensive guide that teaches you the importance of removing fructose and other harmful ingredients from your recipes. Then, it shows you how to do just that so you can snack on some goodies in the healthiest, keto-friendly way possible.

But what’s the problem with fructose? After all, it’s low on the Glycemic Index, even lower than chickpeas. Keto Desserts teaches you all of this in detail but for starters, the body isn’t naturally programmed to burn fructose to use for energy like it does with glucose. As a result, your body stores fructose as fat, which is why studies have found that fructose can actually make you fatter than the sugars we’ve all deemed to be worse. However, it isn’t just weight gain that is the issue. Fructose gets converted into three dangerous compounds which are:

  • Triglycerides: damage your liver and increases your risk of heart and stroke
  • Free Radicals: can damage genes and cells, accelerate aging and disease and mutate DNA
  • Uric Acid: can impair kidney function, raise your blood pressure and promote the development of gout

Needless to say, it isn’t healthier at all. By eliminating fructose from your dessert recipes, you can still have all of those delicious desserts you want and still stay on track of your health and weight loss.

Keto Desserts teaches you all of this, and much more. Then, it provides you with pages upon pages of (actually) healthier alternatives to delicious dessert recipes. Our Opinion

Advantages of the Program

The best advantage to using Keto Desserts is that you can eat the desserts you crave without feeling bad about it. Guilt is the worst thing to deal with when trying to improve your health or lose weight. You’re hungry, deprived and unsatisfied with your food choices. With this cookbook, you learn healthier alternatives and the steps to making them, so you don’t have to battle through horrible cravings.

I also liked that the cookbook was digital because let’s be serious, mess equals stress and no one wants to add more cookbooks into their kitchen cupboard. This was also great for convenience.

Being able to try the recipes out risk-free for two months was also amazing. You don’t have to worry about spending money on recipes you don’t like because you get to try them out first!

Disadvantages of the Program

Keto Desserts is keto-friendly. So, if you don’t want to go keto (it is scientifically proven to be a beneficial way to eat), then you’re stuck eating healthier than you want to. All jokes aside, there really aren’t any disadvantages that come to mind.

Conclusion

Keto Desserts is a must-have cookbook for anyone looking for delicious, keto-friendly, healthier alternatives for traditional desserts. It takes the time to teach you about the process and the importance of eliminating fructose. Then, it gives you pages upon pages of mouth-watering recipes to try.
